The Energy & Water Conservation program (E&W) is a team-based, 10 or 14 week-long program for individuals between the ages 18-24. E&W participants (called Corpsmembers) serve on community-based energy and water conservation projects throughout the Denver metro area. Corpsmembers will be enrolled in AmeriCorps—a national community service program.  Corpsmembers will earn up to $17,470 for a 26-week term, or $23,690 for a 34-week term. Never had a job in conservation before? Not sure if you like this kind of work? That’s okay! Our goal is to support you with the knowledge and team that you need to be successful. We will provide you with hands-on training and certificates related to all projects. *In order to qualify for the position, you must have a high school diploma or GED* All we ask is that you bring your dedication to hard work, a positive attitude, and a commitment to a service term you’ll never forget.
