The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of all digital marketing strategies for Keystone Science School which includes the website, online advertising, email marketing, social media, videography, and graphic design. A successful Digital Marketing Manager will take an analytic approach to create more awareness and leads for all of Keystone Science School’s initiatives and programs. The Digital Marketing Manager will work across departments to develop and execute the digital marketing plan and must be self directed. It is required for any candidate to be a strong collaborator, coach, and leader. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Website and Digital Advertising Partners with Content Coordinator to manage all aspects of the KSS website including design, maintenance and creation of website copy; Develops and implements a strategy to continually improve SEO of KSS webpages; Manages all digital marketing activities including Google Ad Grants, PPC, and SEM campaigns; Utilizes all analytic tools necessary such as SEO software, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager to make informed decisions on all web and digital advertising strategies. Strategy, Analytics, Administration, and Delivery Develops and delivers digital marketing strategy across a variety of platforms to drive leads and program awareness across all areas of Keystone Science School; Utilizes a variety of analytical software tools to evaluate performance and adjust digital marketing strategies; Abides by and upholds the branding guidelines set forth by KSS; Assists in the development of the annual marketing plan which includes working with the Director of Marketing and other department heads to achieve all marketing goals of Keystone Science School; Manages all expenses associated with digital marketing. Email Marketing Develops and executes all organizational email marketing campaigns; Creates and executes a strategy of acquisition and list growth for a variety of audiences and segments; Creates or approves all content of email marketing campaigns. Social Media Management Develops and implements the social media strategy which includes organic and paid advertising to generate new leads and further the story with KSS stakeholders; Maintains knowledge and adapts the social media strategy utilizing the most current technologies and platforms; Analyzes all data/metrics and adjusts social media strategy based on performance. Staff Management and Development Provides direct supervision and management to year-round Content Coordinator, and oversees projects related to digital marketing management and graphic design; Provides project oversight in collaboration with Summer Media Specialists, Customer Experience Specialists, and other marketing department team members; Provides professional development and training opportunities across all departments on the functions of digital marketing. Graphic Design Manages all deadlines and provides graphic design support to the Content Coordinator; Produces flyers, postcards, brochures, and other marketing materials on an as-needed basis; Upholds the KSS brand across all graphic design needs. Other duties as assigned   Our required education, experience, and certifications: 3+ years in digital marketing management or BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in PPC, retargeting, and display advertising; Experience with HTML, PHP and CSS; Experience tracking digital marketing campaign success through Google Analytics, SEO software, or analytic tools;  Staff management experience; Strong sense of ownership and urgency to take projects from concept to implementation;Experience with CRM databases – Salesforce preferred;Proficiency in email marketing platforms – MailChimp preferred;Strong copywriting and editing skills. In addition to the above required talents, our ideal candidate will have these preferred skillsets: Certifications in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, preferred;Knowledge and experience working with Adobe Suite;Comprehension of the Spanish language via written and/or verbal form.
