Unlock prime opportunities for engagement with conference participants every morning from 8 to 9 am and during the lunch break each day.

Exhibitor Registration Details
Exhibitor spaces will be available in Lobby of the Hydro Building at CSU Spur.
The Hydro Building and exhibitor spaces will be open to the general public during the conference. This can be a great opportunity to share your programs and resources with the public! We recommend taking anything of value with you when you are not staffing the table.
You are welcome to staff your table for the duration of the conference, however peak times for visitation are between sessions and during meal times.
Exhibit tables will be equipped with 1 chair and a table linen. Please make a note in your registration if you need additional chairs or access to outlets.
EXHIBITOR RATES
If you are registered to attend the conference and wish to exhibit, you will need to register separately to also be an exhibitor.
CAEE Member - $50.00
Non-Member - $100.00
