2020 Collective Outcomes Virtual Evaluation Course

Registration is closed for this event
Are you interested in building your organization's evaluation capacity? Join us in the upcoming Collective Outcomes Evaluation Online Course presented by CAEE and Point b(e) Strategies. The workshop series will build participants' skills in evaluation, from planning to communicating the results.

This workshop series is part of the Collective Outcomes Colorado Project supported by the Pisces Foundation (click here for additional information).  This course will focus on evaluating outcomes that fall under the impact areas of conservation, PreK-12 Education, and Positive Youth Development.

As part of the course, participants will have access to a suite of national and peer-reviewed evaluation tools measuring conservation, education, and positive youth development outcomes.

Workshop registration includes the entire series.  We HIGHLY recommend that you attend all three workshops.

Virtual Workshop I:  Building the Foundations for Evaluation, October 22nd from 1-3p.m.

This workshop will introduce the Colorado Collective Outcomes and walk organizations through the process of aligning their work to the applicable collective outcomes.  Participants will also spend time developing and/or refining a logic model and theory of change.

Virtual Workshop II: Linking Evaluation Tools and Data Collection to your Evaluation Plan, November 19th from 1-3p.m.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop an evaluation plan for their work.  Using the collective outcomes identified in Workshop I, participants will explore a variety of national and state tools that can be used to measure the outcomes that align with their work.  Participants will learn how to use and adapt the evaluation tools to best work in their individual contexts.

Virtual Workshop III: Data Analysis and Communicating Results, December 10th from 1-3p.m.

This workshop will bring participants together to build skills in analysis and understanding data.  Participants will work collaboratively to analyze data collected and discuss the various methods for sharing and communicating evaluation findings.

Registration is valued at $200/person.  With the support of the Pisces Foundation, we are able to offset the costs and offer the workshop series for $30 for members or $50 for non-members.  Those in need of a scholarship can use the discounted price of $10.
