CONFERENCE POLICIES-CHANGES TO REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION

Virtual Featured Speakers Only Cancellation Policy : If you need to cancel your registration, our cancellation policy is that if cancellation is done before August 23rd you are eligible for a full refund.

Full Conference Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on or prior to July 8th you can receive a full refund. Refunds requested between July 9th - August 18th will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. If cancellation occurs after August 18th, your registration can be transferred to another person, but cannot be refunded. Please note, you will also incur fees from Snow Mountain Ranch associated with cancelling lodging. Extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

If you have to cancel or make changes to your conference registration, please submit your refund request in writing via email to [email protected]  Refunds may not be processed until after the conference.

Snow Mountain Ranch Lodging Cancellation Policy: When individuals make a reservation online, it will require a deposit of 35% of their total stay to book the reservation. The remainder of the balance will be due upon check out. 75% refund of your deposit if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; no refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. If notice of cancellation is not made prior to arrival, the individual guest is charged for the full amount of the lodging portion of their stay.

The conference will be held rain or shine.
